Each one is individually laser etched, and each is unique due to variences in the wood grain, and the etching process itself. Being wood, they are a bit delicate; be careful or it could become scratched or damaged.
This labor badge measures 1.64 inches wide, by 1.28 tall, and is 1/8th of an inch thick.
