Permission is granted to use our photographs for reviews or blog posts about this site, soley for your non-profit use. Please do not steal/lift/or "borrow" our images or artwork and claim them as your own work; that is stealing, and we will defend our copyright.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Steam Crow LLC. used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Steam Crow LLC.. How about we refer to "Steam Crow LLC." as "Steam Crow" for the rest of this document.

Credit Card Information - We don't collect it

We decided a few years ago that we didn't want to be responsible for your Credit Card information; we're just too small to protect it well. We don't collect it; we don't ever see it; we'll never lose it. That's the main reason that we use PayPal to process your order; they have full-time employees committed to securing your data.

Shiping and Handling - No hidden fees

The shipping and handling of your order is figured into the price within the continental United States. If you're outside of the US, please contact us first so that we can calculate your actual shiping and handling costs. If you happen to not realize this, we will probaby contact you and let you know what the trouble is before sending the order.

Warranty - We want you to be happy

If you're unhappy with your order, please let us know right away. We'll do what we can to fix it for you, if you contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. If we (or the shiping goblins) have made a mistake, please let us know right away, and we'll try to set it right. Our goal is for you to like Steam Crow and be really happy with your purchase.

Safety - Be careful out there

Our products are intended for adults. Many of our products are hand-made art pieces, or are made as collectable items not intended for children. While we believe our products to be safe, they may not be in every situation or envirionment. Steam Crow is not responsible for how you use our products. Please use them with care around children. Reading Steam Crow children's books to kids is a good thing, but our plushies are collectable art toys made for ages 18 and up.

We know that all of this corporate mumbo-jumbo isn't fun to read, and that it's most often punitive to you, the patron. We're not in this to screw you over, we're just trying to protect ourselves so that we can continue to make monster stuff for you.
